You are the cream of the crop. You are Google’s dream candidate, with excellent knowledge of all the different usages of python, and most of its applications. You mastered machine learning and other advanced computational skills. Only the top 5% of python students can make it there!

In order to earn a Black Belt, you have to publish in scientific journals and recognizable Data Science sources.
Blue Belt
You are an advanced python developer! You are fairly versatile and, in addition to creating more complex applications, you are able to do at least two of the following:

In order to earn a Blue Belt, you must successfully complete Python for Predictive Modeling, Python for Robot Process Automation (RPA) and Foundations of SQL.
Green Belt
Getting a Green Belt is going to be a bit more difficult than yellow. Having a Python Green Belt means you can not only read and write intermediate python, but also are able to develop / create a basic python application from scratch, which includes a GUI (Graphical User Interface) and a backend database. That application can perform specific tasks, and you have to be able to publish it to your customers for usage. To get a Green Belt, you must successfully complete the Python for Data Analysis class and the Python for Application Development class.
Yellow Belt
Getting a Yellow Belt means you can read and write basic python, and have proficient knowledge of lists, dictionaries, loops, if/then, functions and classes. The only way to get a yellow belt is to successfully complete the Foundations of Python class and get at least 8 out of 10 questions right in the final exam. If you don’t pass, no worries! There is a re-take exam as well.
